Request on Samples:
1、 When and how to obtain the sample?
Clients can contact directly with our trading staff by email or fax for the samples of specific items(with picture or item no). Our staff will reply your request within 1-2days.
2、 Can you supply samples and how to calculate the charge?
We will provide samples for free with amount less than USD10.00. If the amount is over USD10, we may charge for the sample cost.
3、 How to deliver and who bear the freight?
We normally deliver samples by courier service，such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, but need clients account number for freight collect.
4、 Can you provide customized samples according to clients’ requirement?
We can provide customized samples, but if there is any change in color, specifications and function, we will charge some according to the actual circumstances.If clients need big change on the product which is related to mould cost or design work,we will negotiate special charge additionally
Order
1、 What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is determined by type of the products. The minimum order quantity of normal products is 2000PCS, and some specific products is 1000PCS. If the client needs customs color or special specifications and package, the minimum order
quantity must be at least 5000PCS
2、 Do you accept OEM order or other special service from clients?
We do OEM orders according to the customer’s design or samples. We can alsoprovide product designs according to client’s idea or purpose.
3、 Can you print the customer’s logo and company name on the product and packing?
This is very common requirment, we can providing different logo imprints onproducts and package. , we will charge the printing fee according to the color and the amount, the minimum order quantity is 2000PCS. If print on the package, the minimum order quantity of color printing is 5000PCS. The client should provide artwork of LOGO by ready films or by E-mail (we accept the file formats in JPG,, EPS, AI, CDR etc.
4、 What is the payment term and production leadtime?
For sea shipment, we require 30% deposit by T/T and 70% against fax copy of shipping documents or accept L/C at sight. For airshipment or other special delivery terms, we requires 30% deposit and 70% before shipment. For production leadtime, we normally need 2-3weeks. However, it’s better to re-confirm with us case by case before placing order.
